How this board was scored

Each race is scored on tools that have a written description: free stats, whether forms persist, defensive skills, and how early those tools arrive. Majin ranks high because Absorb, Reform, Rage, and anti-juggle are all written down. Frieza ranks high because forms stay on and Ki skills are boosted. Human ranks lower for new players because the race page says the first Kaio-ken forms last no longer than six seconds. Other sites have put Saiyan or Human much higher. Those lists are different goals, not a vote this board averages.

Two jobs, two lists. Open a child page for the long table. This hub is the snapshot.

S tier

race-rolesMajinThe race page calls Majin the strongest option because it stacks offensive and defensive skills: Absorb, Reform, Gum Gum attacks, and Rage. Majin also cannot be ragdoll-juggled, and both Majin and Tuffle are immune to Tuffle Possession.

Player decision Pick Majin when you want the largest written kit on one character and can manage Absorb and Reform. It is a strong first character if you like melee extensions more than a pure beam build.

race-rolesFriezaFrieza forms stay on instead of timing out, and every Ki ability is boosted. Healing and regen unlock only if you transform in order. Player guides single this race out for Ki Damage grinding.

Player decision Pick Frieza for quest clearing and Ki builds. It is a weaker melee identity than Majin or Namekian because the written bonus is Ki, not combo tools.

A tier

race-rolesAndroidAndroids gain a free point in every attribute every level because they have no forms. Passive Ki regen and immunity to Ki sense are the racial tools, plus a Ki Drain command grab. The race page says the early game is where they are extremely strong, and that not every skill was written up.

Player decision Pick Android to spam Ki without a form drain. Expect the gap to narrow once other races are living in their forms.

race-rolesNamekianNamekians get Regen, Inspire, Focus Antenna, and both Gum Gum skills well before their forms. Potential Unleashed is level 70 and Ultimate Namekian is level 145. The giant form comes from Lord Slug.

Player decision A forgiving quest character. Regen is the clutch tool. Do not expect an early transformation.

race-rolesSaiyanSaiyans have the slowest free growth, one point every 3 levels, and the race page still calls the form bonuses strong with few drawbacks. False Super Saiyan and Legendary Super Saiyan are boss drops. Rage and Awakened Fury are the unique tools.

Player decision Choose Saiyan if you will master forms. The base character is the weak part. Footage at about level 145 showed large all-stat jumps once Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan 2 were up, scaled further by mastery stars.

race-rolesYerdratianThis Alien subclass spawns with Instant Transmission and lists Gigantify in addition to the shared alien forms. The race index shows two Yerdratian images pointing at the same page, so they are not separate kits here. Yardratian is the other spelling used on Banaras drops.

Player decision Pick Yerdratian when travel and a free teleport matter more than a unique combat kit. Inspire is the other written skill.

B tier

race-rolesHumanHumans gain a point in every attribute every 2 levels and can Inspire the party. The race page tells new players to avoid them: the first three Kaio-ken forms last no longer than 6 seconds. Max Power is a Banaras drop. Mystic is listed, and alien footage places that form at level 153.

Player decision A later-character project if you want short burst windows and a party buff. A poor first slot if you need a form that stays up while you quest.

race-rolesTuffleTuffles were sold for 60,000 Candy at Fortuneteller Boba during the Halloween shop. Possession at level 60 for 10,000 Zeni copies a player's moves, forms, and look, not their Max HP or Ki Max. Beam and pierce damage does not kill them unless they are guard-broken while blocking. Leaving the copied body requires death or a server change.

Player decision Strong if you already own the race and understand Possession. Do not plan a new account around Tuffle unless the shop is actually open.

C tier

race-rolesJirenThe written Jiren page lists Emotion, Half Emotion, and Full Emotion, plus the same Rage skill other races have. Free growth is every 2 levels. A day-one video called the form unreliable and described the Ki bar acting like a second health bar, plus a low-health stat increase. Those two passives are not on the written page.

Player decision Wait for a form you have already seen work. Rage alone does not separate Jiren from Saiyan or Majin, and both of those races have more written tools.

FAQ

Final Stand: Remastered ranking questions

Why does this list disagree with other race rankings?

Some rankings favor early Ki grinding, some favor late form bonuses, and some favor PvP tools. This board only promotes races whose signature tools are described on a race page. A Saiyan with mastered forms can outperform the letter next to the name.
